Assesse aggregate value of taxable service in 2009-10 is 12 lakh next year 2010-11 aggregate value of taxable service 8.75 lakh in 2011-12 aggregate value of taxable service is 13 lakh. Service tax liability will be (13-10)*12.36% or 13*12.36%
