Manpower supply and securities services when pro
vided by individual, HUF,
partnership firm to a body corporate are being brou
ght to full reverse charge as a
simplification measure. Presently, these are taxed
under partial reverse charge
mechanism.

Thank you. but one more thing I want to know that if a services provided to any firm other than body corporate than the service Tax Structure, is it 12.36%??
