We are having registration under service tax. We want to add the Goods Transport service in the Registration Certificate. What is the procedure for addition of service?

Dear Samit,
Please make aletter to the jurisidctional ACCE/ST along with a attested copy of the Registration Certtifcate with a request to include the - Recepient of GTA services under the certificate. The same maybe sent under RPAD and request for sending by post made in the letter.

You have use the the ST-1 form meant for service tax registration . Please tick the appropriate box for amendment and fille the services sought to be included and submit to the proper authority.
