I want to know that services provided by one Company to law university in respect of Annual maintenance service
is exempt or not?

Such service provided by you is taxable service, in the matter of Law University it is depend on such service provided by you a govt. or non govt. instructional then your tax liability to be created.

our client is pvt ltd company. and providing AMC service related to Information Technology Service provided by Co to Law univeristy In auxiliary exemption list there is no clarity for AMC services
