what percentage rate for service tax on marriage hall. its 40 % abatement & 60% was taxable its my opinion,.pls reply me experts. Attach abatement on service tax chart ( fy 13-14)

One has to examine the nature of service provided in the marriage hall to ascertain the rate with or without abatement.
