hello guys, I have a doubt, one of my client give JCB on rent..
is he is liable for tax...he earns more than rs.20,000 a day and annualy he earns more than a crore,
he owns more than one JCB and put it on rent..
is he liable for service tax.

In your case service tax is liable as supply of tangible goods(supply of goods for use)
