- One of my clients have crossed the 10 lac mark last year and collected and paid service tax for the excess amount. For the current year, their turnover is not likely to cross 10 lac. should they collect and pay service tax.
- Is the export service to be included for arriving the 10 lac limit
- can CENVAT credit on telephone bill, electricity bill etc., paid by my client be availed for the first year. is there any limit to it?
