Can a bill of Service Tax of year 2009-10 can be booked in year 2013-14 , as the money of that service provided is received in 2013-14

From accounting point of view, the same shall be now considered as prior period incomes....
Though, service tax is actually payable in current year( at the time of receipt)....since, Point of taxation rules came into effect from 01-july-2011....any service rendered prior to that was taxable on receipt basis only.
So, no issues from service tax point of view.....
