we have a registration of service called "construction other than residential complex including commercial/industrial building or civil structure etc"
we are paying service tax claiming abatement of 67 percent and pay service tax at 33 percent.
i just want to know whether there are any changes on this abtement. or we are right on this
kindly suggest

Thats a perfect treatment my friend. Further there was a composition scheme for similiar situation but abolished last year having 60% concession on service tax.

From 1.3.2013 only two types of abatement related to you are available.They are as follows:
a)For residential units having less than 2000 sq.feet area ,it is 25%
b)In other cases it is 30%
So in your case it should be 30% instead of 33%
