Hii all.... Kindly guide me on service tax on real estate companies. When will it be covered under services given and what is the rate for that?? Please explain every provision relating to same. Thanks in advance.

Based on service provided and Flat rate applied. And TDS of 1% applied as per sec 194IAA IT Act 1961 for all sale of Immovable Property...
