It may take some more time. ...The new ST3 format is not yet made available ...we can think of due date for filing the return only after the new form is made available..
The Tax Research Unit under the Ministry of Finance is finding teething problems in prescribing the new ST3 Return under the Negative List approach.
Have patience as it has not yet been notified.
