Dear All,
A consultants submit invoice including service tax. How we are TDS deducted on total amount or only consultancy amount ?
Pls give your valuable suggetion.

on whole amount inclusive of service tax.....It should be noted, that except in case of rent, TDS is required to be deducted on the amount inclusive of service tax.
