I have two Different bills obtained for Works Contract.One relating to the material, while other relating to Services. Will the bill relating to Services fall under reverse Charge Mechanism?

Reverse charge will be applicable on service portion only and no abatement will be available.

Yes Reverse charge will be applicable on labour bill. If other conditions are satisfied.
