The service provider of rent on immovable property died in sept, 2011. What is his liability with regard to rent from immovable property before his death and after his death?

If no tax has been paid so far, the legal heir who has been devolved the property will be liable.

Sir, thanx fo the reply, but can you tel me the relevant section in which it is mentioned that the liability will shift to the legal heir
