Sir , If Institute is providing service to the student from different university ?
a) Liable for Service Tax or not?
b) If Registered U/s 12 A under IT Act 1961 so they are liable or not?

if the institute is affilated by state or any board of education( as education carriculam), then only ST exempted, otherwise ST is payable
