Services provided or to be provided by a person to another person will be charged to a separate levy by the name of service tax.
Certain services have been made chargeable to Service Tax.

Yes, Gross receipts > Rs. 10,00,000/- received from services provided are chargeable to Service Tax.
Check out Section 65(105) of the Finance Act to get a complete list of services.
