You can claim the Service Tax input on the Bill, even if it is hand written. But the Registration No. should be a genuine number.
Also you can ask the Service provider to send you a scanned / photo copy of the Service Tax Registration No. (ie Form ST - 2) for your record.

Handwrtten information on computer generated bill will raise doubt. But it is not a valid ground for denial of credit.
