Please provide the service tax implication on service provider who provided the services outside India on GDR issue.

if services are provided out of india then it is case of export of service, in which case the service tax is not applicable, erven no reversal of cenvat credit is required.he can also get refund.

Provide the consideration is received in freely convertible foreign exchange.
