If the total receipt of all the services are above the exemption limit the service tax registration will be required. it does not matter that endividual service receipt is below the exempton limit.

It is Assessewise and not Service wise.,
So total turnover / receipt from all services exceed exemtion limit of Rs 10 lacs , he is covered under perview of service tax for all services..
