Do we need to pay services tax on balance amount even though we have not received payment from party .?????????

NO, SERVICE TAX IS PAYABLE WITHIN 5THOF THE NEXT MONTH IN WHICH PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
for company & HUF 5th of every next month & 31.3 for march
for others next months' 5th of after ending every qurter.
service tax is paid on receipt basis.
