Can you please let me know how much service tax % should be charge on consultancy bill for domestic.

The rate of service tax is 10.3% for all the services provided however as your query is not specfic i cannot comment anything more then this.

THE SERVICE TAX RATE IS UNIFORM FOR ALL THE APPLICATIONS.THE RATE IS 10.3%.
