our professional engineers are rendering commissioning services and site intervention services. Under these services, we install some mechanical quipments to a machinery which is installed in manner that cannot be moved. These services can only be provided at site.

So my query is whether these services fall under "Services directly in realtion to immovable property".

Also, if we are providing troubleshooting services for the same machinery, in which we have to check machine's software and clear all the technicalities of software. Will it constitute under 'Technical consultance services' or ' Services directly in relation to IP'.

Your advise is highly appreciated.

Thanks
