Service received from Advocate

my turnover below 20lakh (unregistered) and I'm received services from Advocate and as per section 9 (4) Tax paid on such services by service recipient then As per section 24 (iii) what I am applicable or not for getting registration.????

You need to pay GST, under RCM, on the amount of fee paid to the advocate if you have received legal services as business entity. Otherwise, you need not pay tax under RCM. Pl refer to notification 13/2017 -CENTRAL TAX (RATE), Sl. no.2.
