A service provider under composition scheme can collect 6% gst from customers?

Not to charge in the invoice.

A composition dealer is not eligible to charge GST.

As per the Provision of Section 10(2) of the CGST Act 2017 , Composition Scheme Dealers are not eligible to collect GST from their customers.
