1) Certain Housing Society include "Sevice Charges" in their bills. Does this charges attaract service tax?
2) Can a housing Society get credit of service tax paid if it is paying servicetax on the above context?

Services provided by residents welfare association is liable to service tax if the charges per month exceeds Rs.3,000/-. Basic exemption of Rs.10 L is available.
