Our company is paying service tax on broadcast services. Recently we have contracted with an ad agency for hosting ads on our website. For this, the ad agency will share a part of revenue with us. What is the service tax applicability and the category of service?

It is a taxable service and you liability to be created in this regard and also computed a Broadcasting services under their Head 00440165.
