06 June 2014Our company is paying service tax on broadcast services. Recently we have contracted with an ad agency for hosting ads on our website. For this, the ad agency will share a part of revenue with us. What is the service tax applicability and the category of service?

It is a taxable service and you liability to be created in this regard and also computed a Broadcasting services under their Head 00440165.
