Maintain different series of invoice for each one. No separate registration required. You can even have single series of invoice but with separate series you will have better control.

Then no more difficult for return. You ll upload the invoice details as per returns.

1 supply of service on the goods under delivery challlan....issue the innvoice for labour charges only n chage gst @ 18%........2 supply of service with goods and godds are deliver by principle ..then issue service invoice with gst and issue delivery challan to close orginal challan.....3 if the supply of service with goods pur hased by u then issue zingle invoce for goods n service both and charge the gst in service and on goods according to theire rate.....4 supply of only goods ..issue goods invoce n charge gst as per hsn code.....all theses supply should be shosn in b2b supply or b2c supply in gstr 1....no seperate for multiple supply on single pan is requires....
