we paid advance payment to civil worker ( gst delar) .
i Will receive bill after end of the work it's time taking 6months.
how i pay advance payment gst now or after receiving bill.
if now I have to pay. what is the process.

you can pay in advance be showing advances paid in GSTR-1

You have to pay the liability on advance payment via 3B and to show in the table of advance payment available in GSTR-1

Dear Rama Raju,
GST is required to be paid on the receipt of advances with respect to services.
Since you are making 'payment to your contractor' there is no GST liability.
Please ensure you have received receipt voucher from your contractor.
In this transaction your contractor will remit GST on cum-duty basis and disclose in GSTR1 and GSTR3B and not you.
