Dear Sir,

I am registered with service tax as Hotel Business, & i want to know, Now Due to Service tax on Rent of immovable properties, i will be benefitted from the exemption of rs 8 Lac/-

Sory I am not able to understand the question ...Please state your question clearly If you r asking about renting of room then - There is no service tax liability on Rentig of rooms by hotel...
