1 If A small service provider registered take gst registration but fail to collect 18% gst.
2 Customer have option other unregistered service provider.
Govt not clearly issue any notification about composition scheme provide service Upto 5 lac.
3. Please suggest any advice.

1.if your registred under GST you have collect GST there is no limit.
2.you not required to collect if you are opted composition scheme
3.if your t/o less than 20lakhs then simply cancel registration.

there is no proposition to cancel registration
can service provider opt composition scheme
composition scheme not avil for service provider (composition scheme avil only restorent services)
