If you not sure on 1st group cleared or not... try to concentrate on second group and clear it in this attempt as you already had exemption in idt chances of clearing second group is high... try to not demotivated who knows second group may be easy as compare to first group papers and i can understand giving a 3rd attempt is difficult for anybody but there are many people which i seen in my life who are manger in top companies but didn't cleared in exam even after 12 to 15 attempt think about there condition, the only thing they want is two words i.e chartered accountant. regarding your age i can say don't think too much about this, has my principal used to say in there times clearing ca in the age of 25 years was big success. so don't worry give 100%, try to clear 2nd group and utilsed your idt exemption, if you cleared 2nd group in this attempt trust me my dear friend it motivated you definitely and your chances of becoming ca grow definitely... all the very best for your remaining exam.. may god give you strength and power to face exam in patiently.. all the best

Dear Friend,
Never give up! U already have one paper in each group with good marks. So even in worst case scenario if you just manage to pass in a subject, this exemption will help you balance out. So dont lose any hope just after giving a paper. And trust me, it always happens so that when we fear more that we have done poorly in a paper and alas when the results are out you realize you have fared better (atleast, most of the time). So please concentrate on the remaining paper and do your best and leave the rest!
And w.r.t your age and number of attempts, trust me they are just numbers and hold no significane in the real scenario. To add, i am 26 now and i just cleared the CA exam in May 2015. And number of attempts?????? 8 it is!!!! But now 3 months after result and working in a big 4, only those 2 words (CA) mattered and nothing else. So cheer up and give your best shot :)!
All the best for your remaining papers. Cheers!
