seprate registration for business vertical

as we know we have an option for taking separate registration

and wht if we have to opt only single registration

Hope your doubt is regarding GST registration

if yes, GST registration is entirely on the basis of PAN number, which means whatever may be the number of verticals you may sell single PAN and Single GST registration is enough

just imagine a very big grocery and electronic store he has to deal with multiple variants of products, a single registration is enough

Sir,
while we take separate registration for business vertical we treat each business vertical
as a distinct person
if we won't take take separate registration for business vertical
then wht will be the adjustments accordingly

If separate registration is obtained for each vertical, they are to be regarded as Distinct person and hence.. even transfer amongst them shall b treated as supply and chargeable to GST.

In case, Separate registration is not obtained in a state , transfer amongst them are not supply and hence, will not be charged to GST.
Further, each such vertical business has to be registered as Additional place of business, and supplies from such vertical businesses shall be mentioned under a single GSTIN obtained in a state.
