please give your inputs w.r.t. GST
whether an unregistered person can send the machinery for its repairs, to another the State ??
can it be treated as Job work??
what is the procedure to be followed?

Prepare a consent letter on your Letter head stating that machine is sent for repair purpose.
Also you can attach a copy of invoice of machinery purchased (as proof).
