Send itrv after 120 days

As u had not submitted the hard copy of the return within 120 days, it shall be deemed as no return has been filed for that A.Y.

it is deemed as no return is filed in that year,u have to file fresh return now for clailing refund amount

Many times CPC Banglore accepts  ITR-V even when received after 120days. so you may try sending it now and you may check its status online @  incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in after 20-30days.

Otherwise the e-return filled by you is invalid and you may file a belated return manually and claim the refund.

Yes you can file online again and send itr 5 immediatly
