pl elaborate. The ITC is to be taken by the recipient of supply of service/goods. you are not the recipient as mentioned in your query.

gst collected on sales to ultimate consumer(not registered) -gst paid on purchase of goods or services??

Dear Milan.,

First Our sales related taxes are our laibility. Its not credit... Also you can adjust your inputs and pay balance.

The trust is under GST anyway. Your supplies taxble then You ll collect tax from the Trust .
