One of my client is registered with Amazon and Flipkart from Dec. 2017. He is already registered under GST as a small taxpayer as retail trader. Do I need to amend his GST Registration Certificate. Apart from GSTR-1 and 3B, will there be any other GST return prescribed for traders selling through Amazon and Flipkart? Please advise.

no there is special provision for e commerce operator not for person selling through e commerce operator
In GSTR-1, the sales through E-commerce Operator will be shown in B2CS with type E and mentioning E-Commerce GSTIN?
