Draft a sale deed to be signed by both parties (transferor and transferee)
Pass a Board resolution giving authority to directr(s)/signatory of the Company to sign the necessary papers and receive the money as per the deed.
Execute the sale deed

plzzz can u tell me the section of companies act which give such powers or authorizes the company to sell any of its property.
