Hi Prachi,
Be confidence about yourself. Reading thoroughly/completely MIGHT NOT assure you success always; but attending professional exams like CMA/CA/CS would always require SMARTNESS along with HARDWORK. Having said this, you are almost near to your goal, it’s just you need to find the better approach towards your journey.
Try attending mock-test for each of your subject(s) and get the same being assessed by your senior/friends (honest assessment required!), which would help you to understand your Strength and Weaknesses. If this is done; you are almost near to your dream.
Talking about your study pattern. It’s left to individuals whether to do "Self-Study" or "Coaching". If you are able to understand concepts thoroughly then I prefer "Self-Study".
Also I suggest you to read articles in Forums like CCI about the changes in Law/Audit/Taxation etc., to be up-to-date, which you can add as additional points in your exam answer scriptt this will ensure you to fetch additional marks.
Regards,

Self study is like building a castle yourself i.e. requires a lot of time for study and devising a learning suitable concepts. your time will be fully consumed in learning the topics covered; what abour revision !!!! Hence, if you can afford go for coaching else. Make practice manual and suggested as teacher, do them as base materials and revise that one only. This is from my experience. Best of luck do'nt give up....you are near to your goal !!!

I have also studied CA with Self Study and cleared in first attempt. So as most of the people said, You need to work hard, be focused and dont give up. Becuase sometime it becomes frustrating as you keep on studying and you do not understand the topic clearly. It takes 2-3 reading sometime, to understand the topic.
I have been uplaoding videos on youtube helping CA students.
You can check some of them How to Cope with Failures in CA/CS/CMA Exams
