is it necessary to take coachings for final ? I want to do self study.....plz help me....

self study will sufficient to pass or not???

With right books and determination, coaching classes are not required.

Self study is always the best option.

AAS - Try D S Rawat (But not the best anyway)

Plus cover practice manuals and RTP, as from these we will cover past questions as well as know how to present our answers.

with subjects like sfm,costing which are highly concept based................i am myself realising the fact that self hard-work is what is needed, even if u take tuitions......

Recently Ravi.m.kishore has released a new edition of SFM textbook, which i think is excellent.......

When shud I buy the author books ... If my exam is in May 2012....
Wen is d last date for registration for Final CA , if my exam is in 2012 may ....
Is der any book which I shud buy now ....
I have already started studying ... I wanted to start theory ... Plz advice from where to start the theory ...
I have 2 options either Audit or ISCA ... which is d better one

For May'12 I believe one should already have bought most books by now.

Anyways get asap, suggest have a theory plus problematic paper together. This will save you from the boredom atleast.

You have to read everything, so start whichever you want other than DT/IDT as there will be amendments in it. DT/IDT plan little at the end after other papers.
