For practical subjects are institute books sufficient for self study.
If any other books, then which other authors are recommended.
I am going to appear in Nov 18. Please advise.

yes, ICAI book are sufficient for practical subjects...in case if you found anything difficult you can watch the video lectures hosted in ICAI CLOUDCAMPUS
best author books depends on subject
