Self learning & defining strengths; how to do it

When we talk about knowledge,we can say it is the content that one has within himself/herself.Confidence,Attitude,Better Communication are all bi-products of this content or the knowledge that one has.

When we say content,question that comes to our minds is how to develop this content. I believe,that self learning is the best and the most effective way of self content development. Now,the Universal approach to self learning which I believe personally is spending 1 hour daily on yourself in the following activity.



Day 1: Time Required=1 hour

1) Write down everything that you love doing on a piece of paper-10 mins.

2) Read-Write-Speak about everything you have written down-50 mins.

3) Tear the piece of paper.



(Reading includes watching and listening,writing includes problem solving,speaking includes discussion & teaching)



Day 2: Time Required=1 hour

1) Again start afresh & write down everything that you love doing-10 mins.

2) Read-Write-Speak about everything you have written down-50 mins.

3) Tear the piece of paper.



Repeat this cycle for 30 days continuously,you would see that a few things have constantly featured in the list of things that you love doing,these are your interests.When you have worked(read-write-speak) on your interests for 30 days continuously,they get featured as your Strengths.
