Self declaration for IPCC 2022 exam

I am a direct entry converted student and filled exam form for Nov 22 exam.I was asked for self declaration for provisional examination. I ve completed my Bcom degree 3 years back. after payment my auditor still hasnot received mail for approval. Whom to contact regarding this. how long it would take for approval
