If you have income from salary, income from one house property, income from other sources like saving bank interest, FD interest etc than you have to file your return in ITR 1.

As per Your query You can file ITR 1 if one House.
does it necessary to mention plot value ? if yes , then in which column?

You should not mention value of plot. you have to show income from your plot i.e. rent you received under the head income from house property.

thank sir , but if i didnot let out it . if i voluntarily want to show then where i have to show it?
Just show a house as "SELF OCCUPIED HOUSE". No need show any value in that head.
Just show and compute Your salary income and Deductions...
there is no need for it sir... only show your salaried income in ITR 1... else you will have to file ITR 2 for disclosing your self occupied property... ITR 2 has separate column for House Property... there you can select self occupied and enter the details of your property ..
No dear...
ITR -2 not applicable if One House property. ITR 1 is applicable for Single House Property...
Thaanks all of you for your valuable guidance.
but sir ITR 1 does not have column for disclosing complete details of the property as the client desires... so he can do so in ITR 2
If single HP then Assessee will show if the House as Self Occupied or also can be show if it's rented. The option is there in ITR 1.

If Rented then tick rented opt-in and show the rent values...

If Self Occupied then Just click Self Occupied and give details of Address. No need / Ask the Values... 😊
ITR 1 if you have only salary income. No need to show property details if only 1 property and not rented.
If rented, then ITR 2 needs to be filed.
Better to Understand or read the instructions of ITR forms....

Salary Income & one House Property if it's self occupied or rented then ITR 1 is applicable...

If more than One house property then ITR 2 is applicable....
