Recently I received a phone call from IT Deptt. to submit my TDS Certificates and Audit Report for the AY 2006-07. Can they do so? What steps should I take?
i bel any of your frnd did joke with you..because if this is happen always you get a letter..kindly take a advice from ca in practice..he is a better person who will be help you and take it seriously
No, it was not a joke. When I contacted the person, he asked me to submit the documents but was not willing to give any receipt of the same. Also, he was saying that I had not annexed the documents with the return although For AY 2006-07, new forms were notified with which no annexures were required.
Than Amit talk to a person who are C.A in practice or go to you ITO Officer and say me sir things are like this . What can i do. I am sure he will be give you proper information
