seeking expert advice on composition
A person has a retail medical store and a pathology lab service on same PAN and turnover is less than 75 lakhs. Under GST, composition will not be allowed, if service is there. But this service is exempt under healthcare. Can he avail composition.

option available on gst portal from 22nd.june to 22nd July,17.so you can avail if you wish so.
