Even the Press have not brought out all these details on how much difference a LOk Pal bill makes from the existing set up. It is due to this reasonthe Government is opposing the draft of the Civil Society. Whether it is constitutional or not some drastic legislation has to be introduced to curb this greatest malise of our Nation. Honest people need not fear any kind of stringent laws.
