whether security agency service can be shown under section 44 ad. pls reply immediately

i dont see any reason for not showing in 44ad, but nefore i agree on this point i would like to mention few points for your consideration. 1. if your turnover exceeds 9 lakhs then you have to apply for service tax no. 2. registration of s.tax means maintenance of books pf accounts. 3. maintenance of invoices for calculation of s.tax laibility 4. if you have to maintain books then why file i.t.return u/s 44ad, file under normal provisions.
