we have engaged security services he charged gst 18%
on invoice.is it correct .ours is partner ship firm.unde rcm we have to liable.my doubt charging gst on invoice by my supplier is correct

RCM on security services is applicable only if the service provider is other than body corporate. If he is a body corporate, then he has to charge GST under forward charge in which case there is no requirement of payment under reverse charge.
