What is the liability of the legal heir ???
Can the insurace claim received on death of the assessee be attached for the purpose of the tax liability of the deceased ???
If the insurace claim is used by the nominee for his business, what is the liability of the nominee towards the outstanding demand of the deceased under the following circumstances :
1) If he makes profit in the business
2) If he makes loss in the business
please help me on the above querries.
