Is it necessary to quote sections no and case law reference in DT
If we dont quot section in DT how many marks may they deduct ????????

As per my opinion, it is necessary to quote section no. , reference cases/judgements and Relevant notification/circulars because these give perfection to the answers...............
Finally, it all depends on Paper checker.....................
